Helen and James Jay are internationally recognized consultants and instructors of Feng Shui and are veteran China travel experts. The Jays have led Feng Shui training programs throughout the United States, Belgium, Spain, Mexico and China since 1993. A dynamic teaching team combining both an analytical and intuitive approach, the Jays have created unique and rewarding training programs and educational tours. Founders of ChinaStudies Travel and the Feng Shui Designs Learning Center, the Jays sponsor a variety of educational training programs in China on topics such as; Traditional & B.T.B. Feng Shui, Acupressure / Tui Na Massage, Cuisine of China, and Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine.

Co-creators of two critically acclaimed video productions, "Feng Shui: The Chinese Art of Design and Placement, and Feng Shui: Creating Sacred Space in Your Landscape or Garden", the Jays look forward to the release of their forthcoming book,  "Joss Papers: A Feng Shui Journey" which chronicles their travels in Sacred China and explains in detail Joss Paper and other Taoist and Buddhist shamanic rituals.

The Jays founded Feng Shui Designs, Inc. and ChinaStudies in 1993. They are considered to be among the world's foremost experts on Talismanic Feng Shui and Joss Paper Rituals. The Jays have studied extensively in the US and China. They have studied, and continue to study, the art of talismanic Feng Shui and Joss Paper use through the tutelage of Masters Raymond Lee and Violet Chang. The Jays are senior students of H.H. Thomas Lin Yun, Grandmaster of the B.T.B. school of Feng Shui and are skilled practitioners and instructors of B.T.B. theory and practice. They have further studied with Black Sect Rinpoche Jiang Jia in Beijing, China. They have studied traditional Compass Feng Shui with Masters Qing, Zhi Heng (China), Lei, Xiangyang (China) and Lillian Too.

In November 1999, Helen and James traveled to Nepal and India with Professor Thomas Lin Yun as advanced students on a Pilgrimage to the Roots of B.T.B. Feng Shui.
